Hyload is privately held by IKO, a group of companies that is family-owned and incorporated in the Province of Alberta, Canada and the state of Delaware. IKO's primary operations consist of the manufacturing and sale of asphalt roofing materials. IKO started in business in 1949 by producing bituminous roofing materials.
