Hyload is a US company that has been in business for more than 30 years. We use proven waterproofing material since before Noah used it on the Arc, Coal Tar Pitch. By using Coal Tar Pitch, and blending it with Dupont Elvaloy KEE resin as well as other components to produce the best membranes in the industry to help keep the elements out of your most precious of investments, buildings and homes.

Green roofing systems, or living roof systems by definition is a roof of a building that is partially or completely covered with vegetation and a growing medium, planted over a waterproofing membrane. These may also include additional layers such as a root barrier and drainage and irrigation systems.

These offer a multitude of benefits from reducing the amount of storm water runoff, to acquiring LEED credits to attain USGBC building certifications for new and existing structures that attain certain tax credits. As well as many things in between. Hey, honestly in this day and age we are all trying to do our part reduce the carbon footprint and help the environment. Adding a Green roof to your structure is a fantastic way to help with that! Hyload has an excellent system that handles the root barrier AND moisture barrier in one membrane.
